In a nutshell

Client’s challenge:
The process could not be mapped using off-the-shelf software. Significant adaptation efforts were required to align with existing, well-functioning service processes.

Our solution:
Resource and route planning in the office was individually developed based on the client’s specifications. Routes are executed via smartphone and tablet according to specific quality and process requirements.

  • Consultancy & Concept Developmentg:

    Joint workshop for requirements analysis & definition of an MVP.

  • UX/UI Design:

    Refinement of features & optimisations using wireframes, followed by UI design creation.

  • Development:

    Individual modules of the overall software were developed in close coordination with the client, while change requests were iteratively implemented across two further versions.

  • Support & Maintenance:

    Successful launch, including extensive full testing & approvals, leading to final release.

Our software solution

Resources such as vehicles, employees, or equipment can be managed and maintained individually for each service centre. Absence management for sickness or holidays ensures accurate and efficient route planning.

Scheduled routes

Service orders are imported from third-party systems, enriched with relevant information, and scheduled into logical daily or weekly tours.

Processing service orders

In the mobile component, routes can be viewed, processed, documented, and completed.
